To those of you who may find this interesting, we are looking for a Junior Road Planner to join our team of 42 road planners and project managers, working closely with our clients on some of Norway’s most innovative infrastructure projects. We are proud to have contributed to projects such as E39 Mandal–Blørstad and E39 Stord–Os (Hordfast).
In Bergen you will be part of a team of 5 road planners and project managers with different experience. The local project we are currently working on is Bybanen.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Preparing detailed drawings and design solutions using Novapoint.
- Assisting in the planning and development of road engineering projects.
- Developing technical descriptions in line with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
- Ensuring designs and documentation comply with installation requirements and quality standards.

On top of that, you will have:
- 0–4 years of relevant experience in civil or road engineering projects.
- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering.
- Experience working with Novapoint.
- Knowledge of CAD and BIM tools.
