Do you want to join a company where the green transition is taking the front seat in a highly progressive business? And are you an engaged, detail-oriented professional with solid administrative and stakeholder management skills? Then, don’t miss your chance to be part of something great.

Create solutions that enable a better tomorrow

As an Executive Assistant & Strategy Associate, you will support senior leadership by ensuring seamless coordination, effective communication, and effective execution of key priorities. This unique role combines executive support with strategic project work, giving you the opportunity to drive initiatives related to business development, digitalisation, and AI while contributing to the continuous improvement of how we work.

Working closely with the Executive Business Development Director for Infrastructure, you will gain direct exposure to strategic decision-making, leadership priorities, and global business development activities across COWI's Infrastructure sector. Your ability to create structure, drive progress, and connect stakeholders will make you a key contributor to both operational excellence and long-term business success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • managing calendars, meetings, and leadership priorities while ensuring effective preparation and follow-up
  • coordinating presentations, documentation, and key deliverables to support leadership activities
  • acting as a trusted partner, ensuring alignment, progress, and execution across priorities and stakeholders
  • driving selected business development, operational, and strategic initiatives from planning through implementation
  • improving structure, coordination, and efficiency across workflows and processes
  • supporting market analysis and activities that contribute to business growth and development
  • driving digitalisation and AI initiatives while facilitating collaboration across teams and functions

Your skills. Our team. Together we design the future.

The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. And you never get set in your ways, but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.

To thrive in this role, you are detail-oriented, analytical, and highly structured. You enjoy creating clarity in complex environments and can balance operational support with project ownership.

On top of that, you will:

  • hold a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in executive support, coordination, project support, or a similar role
  • possess the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and projects simultaneously
  • have strong digital and systems skills, with an interest in AI, automation, or digitalisation
  • be self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented in your approach
  • demonstrate well-developed skills in analysis, organization, and solving problems
  • have the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships across different stakeholder groups
  • demonstrate a high level of integrity and confidentiality and are fluent in Danish or Norwegian and English
