Chief Operating Officer

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) has the overall responsibility for all our programs and project deliveries worldwide and plays a key role in Indra Navia`s growth, strategy, and future transformation. The following functions report to the COO:

1. Delivery programs
2. Aftermarket and service support
3. Manufacturing / Assembly & Test
4. Supply chain management
5. System Engineering

The COO is the Deputy Managing Director of Indra Navia AS, which includes responsibilities and tasks closely aligned with the CEO.

Key responsibilities will be

• Ensure customer approval of all our project deliveries worldwide
• Project portfolio planning and monitoring
• Ensure multifunctional collaboration between Software Development,
• Product Management, and Project Deliveries
• Lead necessary improvement initiatives
• Ensure optimal working relationships with external partners and stakeholders
• Lead and develop highly skilled people and build a performance culture

We are looking for senior managers or executives with experience from similar positions leading operations in software solutions industries. We believe you have a bachelor's or master's degree in technology management, software solutions, or business administration. As a leader, you have a strategic and growth mindset able to coach colleagues and align across the whole organization. Others describe you as a leader who naturally takes the lead in change and is strong in developing collaborative relationships internally and externally.
