We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager with over 5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary infrastructure projects who has deep knowledge of information management and the ISO19650 protocols to join our talented team in one of our infrastructure departments located around the globe. We have offices in EEUU, Canada, UK, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Poland, India, Singapore, and Korea. We work on some of the largest infrastructure projects in the world such as metros and other underground infrastructures, bridges, marine foundations, roads, and railways.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Participate in the development of project bids and proposals, providing input on BIM-related aspects.
  • Assisting the Project Management on BIM and Information Management requirements during contract negotiations.
  • Develop and implement BIM information and data management standards and processes for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards, such as ISO 19650 protocols.
  • Develop and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plan according to customer EIR and/or ISO 19650 protocols along with necessary coordination workflows and process maps.
  • Together with the project BIM team, manage BIM data, including models, drawings, and other project documents, ensuring accuracy.
  • Provide input to project and design schedules for planning BIM execution, such as coordinated modeling sequence, consistency check, model freezing, quality assurance and deliverables
  • Creating the Quality Assurance procedures for the BIM deliverables and ensure its implementation.

To succeed in this position, we believe that you are proactive with good leadership skills and a team player with an innovative mindset and strong relationship-building skills who thrives on being in the middle of large, complex, and interdisciplinary projects. You have good communication skills in English (both written and verbal). The knowledge of Scandinavian language which will be added as an advantage but it's not a requirement.

On top of that, you will:

  • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in BIM Management/civil engineering/ Mechanical or similar.
  • Have +5 years of proven experience as BIM Manager, Information Manager or BIM Coordinator in large multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in BIM data management tools such as Navisworks or Solibri.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with extensive knowledge of quality and document management processes.
  • Be familiar with modelling process in different BIM design applications (such as Revit, Tekla, Civil 3D, etc) and interoperability with different tools.
  • Hold Certification within ISO 19650 - Will be an advantage.
  • Experience with programming languages, such as Python or C#, or visual programming tools such as Grasshopper and Dynamo, is a plus.
