About the role

We are looking for a curious UX Designer who combines strong visual design skills with a passion for exploring new tools, technologies, and AI-enabled ways of working.

You will join our global team of designers in Data and Digital Solutions, contributing both to hands-on design work and to enabling product teams to scale UX quality across products and customer journeys.

What You’ll Do

  • Design high-quality, visually consistent interfaces for complex software products
  • Work hands-on with selected teams to deliver key user experiences
  • Support other teams through design reviews and UX guidance
  • Contribute to our design system and experience principles
  • Design AI-assisted experiences, focusing on clarity, trust, and user control
  • Use AI tools as part of your daily design workflow

About you

To be a successful candidate, you must have:

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, with strong visual design skills
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI design for complex or enterprise products
  • Advanced Figma skills (components, auto layout, libraries, prototyping)
  • Experience designing data-rich or AI-assisted interfaces
  • Proven experience working closely with developers and product managers
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working with distributed (global) teams
