Training and Communication Coordinator

As Aker Solutions’ global recruitment partner NES Advantage is now looking for: Training and Communication Coordinator with experience in onshore or offshore projects.
The project is led from Stord.

Aker Solutions’ New Build segment delivers oil & gas and renewables offshore developments and fabrication products, mainly focused on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and selective international markets. The segment is responsible for large EPCI projects, both within oil and gas and renewables, including business development and project execution, typically large topsides including fixed or floating substructures, onshore facilities, FPSOs offshore wind HVDC topside and jackets, offshore aquaculture floaters and decommissioning and recycling.

What will you be doing?

• Develop training programs for first-line managers.
• Develop familiarization program for operators.
• Facilitate training- and familiarization programs.
• Coordinate training- and familiarization programs with discipline leads.
• Take pictures and videos to share and document progress in construction.
• Conduct interviews and create small stories from everyday life in Construction.
• Create presentations used on information screens.

Qualifications we think you should have:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to create a conducive learning environment that encourages continuous learning and development.
• Experience in sharing knowledge and experiences.
• Strong digital skills.
• Strong English and Norwegian written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
