Our training business is growing, and we have exciting tasks and opportunities for a dedicated and engaged trainer.

• Do you have operational experience from risk management processes and systems?
• Are you motivated by providing actionable knowledge that adds real value to customers?
• Are you able to develop, adapt and fulfill training to the needs of the participants?
• Do you have knowledge of pedagogical learning methods?
• Do you have good knowledge of HSE and Risk management, Incident Investigation and Root cause analysis?
• Do you want to travel all around in Norway and meet your customers at their premises?

Your main responsibilities:

• Delivering training to customers from a wide range of industries, to developing and improving training courses according to the ever-changing needs of our customers
• A big part of the job is to develop, sell and conduct in-house training from our portfolio
• Actively support our growth ambitions and contribute to expansion
• Develop, maintain, and improve course material within certain field of expertise
• Contribute to and support sales and marketing of training courses
• Extensive travelling within Norway will be required

• You have great interpersonal and communication skills – you are curious and create trust with colleagues and customers
• You also have the ability to proactively turn customers needs into opportunities with your strong customer focus
• You have the ability to work independently in a structured and systematic way
• You are outgoing and can adapt to the people you meet
• You are proactive and have an open mindset
• Personal suitability will be important for the role

Position qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in relevant area
• Proficiency, both written and verbal, in Norwegian and English is required
• Professional knowledge of HSE and Risk, ISO 45001, Incident Investigation and Root cause analysis
• Preferably knowledge of Sustainability/ESG
