Our training business is growing, and we have exciting tasks and opportunities for a dedicated and engaged trainer.
- Do you have operational experience from risk management processes and systems?
- Are you motivated by providing actionable knowledge that adds real value to customers?
- Are you able to develop, adapt and fulfill training to the needs of the participants?
- Do you have knowledge of pedagogical learning methods?
- Do you have good knowledge of HSE and Risk management, Incident Investigation and Root cause analysis?
- Do you want to travel all around in Norway and meet your customers at their premises?

Your main responsibilities:
- Delivering training to customers from a wide range of industries, to developing and improving training courses according to the ever-changing needs of our customers
- A big part of the job is to develop, sell and conduct in-house training from our portfolio
- Actively support our growth ambitions and contribute to expansion
- Develop, maintain, and improve course material within certain field of expertise
- Contribute to and support sales and marketing of training courses
- Extensive travelling within Norway will be required

About you
Personal qualifications:
- It is a strength if you have pedagogical training and experience delivering training
- You have great interpersonal and communication skills – you are curious and create trust with colleagues and customers
- You also have the ability to proactively turn customers needs into opportunities with your strong customer focus
- You have the ability to work independently in a structured and systematic way
- You are outgoing and can adapt to the people you meet
- You are proactive and have an open mindset
- Personal suitability will be important for the role
Position qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in relevant area
- Proficiency, both written and verbal, in Norwegian and English is required
- Professional knowledge of HSE and Risk, ISO 45001, Incident Investigation and Root cause analysis
- Preferably knowledge of Sustainability/ESG
