Tendering Procurement Specialist

Supply chain department, Tendering Procurement Team, is looking for persons with winning spirit and good procurement skills.

Your responsibilities:

In the Tendering Procurement Team, you will work with exciting tasks and dedicated colleagues in multidiscipline teams.

Further you shall;

• Have the ability to develop and implement commercial, contractual and technical strategies to secure new work for Aibel
• Be able to collaborate with technical specialists, cost estimators, project management, support functions and stakeholders in Aibel, as well as external partners/Clients, with a common goal of winning the projects
• Work with pricing and benchmarking of the procurement scope during the Tender
• Monitor market conditions and be updated on the supplier’s performance for ongoing projects
• Report the performed tender status to Tender Procurement Manager
• Participate in developing overall Tender Procurement strategies for Supply Chain
• Deliver high quality procurement input to the assigned tenders: best cost, on-time and good quality
• Support Tender Procurement Manager in the various improvement and development tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master in Supply Chain, Economics/ Finance, Law/ Contracts, Engineering or equivalent.
• Longer relevant experience can compensate for a lack of formal education.
• 5-7 years relevant EPCI experience within Procurement discipline
• Project experience in Procurement from EPC and LS projects is benefit, but not compulsory
• Experience in tendering process is benefit, but not compulsory

• Good ability to work independent and within the team
