About the role
- Technical support for managing all the activities related to the issues of the certificates in aquaculture: quote, Technical Review
- Technical support to managing accreditation activities: complaint, recall, internal audits, accreditation audit management
- Develop technical guidelines/ instructions
- Ensure co-operation and team building among the DNV Functions: Sales, Customer Care, etc.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience in Food/Aquaculture area
- 3+ years direct experience in Aquaculture application
- Demonstrable customer service and presentation skills
Competency Requirements:
- Demonstrate the ability to apply technical requirements and/or accreditation rules in aquaculture during administrative/technical reviews of documentation
- Actively engage people/functions in the organization to enable knowledge sharing and contributions to drive improvements
- Act as a real team player
- Strong partnerships throughout the DNV organization
- Solution orientated
