The Veracity Industry Cloud Platform helps our customers with the necessary digital tools and platform capabilities for cohesive data-driven solutions. Veracity has a strong presence in Norway, Poland and China, providing digital expertise with high quality and efficiency. From ideation to creation, we help our customers to build and maintain their digital service or product on the Veracity platform. About the role

Veracity by DNV is looking for a skilled and passionate Tech Lead of our high-profiled platform teams at our Oslo/Høvik office.

You will join a global team that runs a broad range of products and services, transforming existing and developing new digital services and tools across all of DNV's industries. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about fostering a culture that supports mutual respect, focus, courage, openness and commitment, together with teams, stakeholders, other project managers/scrum masters and leaders.

Area of responsibility:

• Has the experience and skills needed to ensure that our overarching platform architecture is adhered to in each product team
• Has a unique role and responsibility to ensure that requirements from various stakeholders are planned and executed on
• Is an enabler for productivity in the technical teams and is a coach for the team and for onboarding new members
• Technical leads need to prepare the technical implementation by breaking architecture down to executable tasks and based on team skillset delegate tasks accordingly
• Acts as an evangelist and role model for implementing World-class Software Engineering in Veracity
• The technical lead understands the hands-on competence needed in the team to solve the tasks

Day-to-day tasks include:

• Collaborate with the team on architecting new features and seeing them through to business critical solutions
  • Design and develop applications where data is a core part of the product
• Implementation of a robust set of services and APIs to power the applications
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use
• Optimization of applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in technology and expose, share and discuss technology with a large network of like-minded colleagues
• Work within your agile, cross-functional team focusing on delivering customer value
• Work closely with DNV’s technical and commercial expertise to understand the problems to be solved and find the best solutions
• Take part in all development phases, from idea generation to seeing your solutions in use.

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years of relevant professional experiences.
• Hands on experience with Azure cloud and Azure DevOps.
• Solid knowledge of web application development on the Microsoft .NET framework.
• Ability to work on both front-end and back-end of applications.
• Solid experience with ASP.Net MVC, Entity framework and C#.
• Good at JavaScript, TypeScript and common JS libraries.
• A good understanding of object-oriented design principles and patterns.
• A good understanding of SQL Server and database design.
• Understanding of usability vs security concerns.
• Experience with design is a plus.
