The position
By joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to:
- Be working within a SAP landscape running on Azure cloud with integrations to lots of internal, external and cloud based solutions, Equinor's SAP environment includes new technologies like S/4, HANA databases and SAP Analytics Cloud. The most complex and exciting project is the migration to SAP S/4, including renewal of Business processes.
- Work together with Business and Product Owners to mature, design and implement new solutions with DevOps in mind.
- Contribute to detailed design and clarify issues in continuous dialog with developers and business.
- Capture business requirements and map business requirements to system solutions.
You

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related fields.
- 10 years+ experience or more within SAP (preferably SAP Operation & Maintenance and/or logistics, but other domains might be considered).
- Eagerness to bridge Equinor’s strategy to technology and what you deliver impact the overall business outcome.
- Forward leaning mindset, curious, passionate, and actively hunt for improvements and better deliveries.
- Communication skills towards business/function and people supporting your deliveries.
- Exposure to S4/Hana, or experience in migration projects would be an advantage.
- Strong ability to collaborate with others – and take overall delivery responsibility.
