About the job

In this unique and exiting role you will be responsible for our Site Rjukan where you will lead a team of 16 employees. As our Site Manager, you will independently run Site Rjukan while simultaneously being part of our larger organization, where other parties also influence and support your work. You will be delivering on our strategy and achieving agreed targets, all while driving continuous improvement. You will manage operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, lead, coach, develop our team, and being the country representative for Nouryon Norway.

You will be in the heart of our function Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), that is responsible for driving and improving HSE&S, planning, procurement, manufacturing and delivery of products to our customers.

In your future role as Site Manager you will

• Be the Legal Entity Director for the Nouryon Pulp And Performance Chemicals
• Deliver on targets for HSE, VMC and FMC productivity, quality and growth
• Lead the implementation of the ISC strategy and Nouryon Leading Performance System
• Establish and nurture a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and accountability
• Develop the site leadership team and the organization reporting to the SLT
• Plan, lead, organize, and control the delivery of set targets across various parameters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategic initiatives for business growth and sustainability.

We believe you bring

• Solid experience in Operations and Supply Chain
• Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, or similar discipline
• Experience in Process Safety, Asset Integrity, and HSE
• Proficiency in Process Management and Integrated Business Planning
• Project and Change Management experience
• Experience in managing relevant budgets

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, based in Rjukan, Norway and reporting to Markus Dimberg, Site Director at Site Bohus and Rjukan.
