  • Participate in Preparing for Operations projects.
  • Develop methodology and facilitate the estimation of Operational Expenditures (OPEX).
  • Support and provide key input in contract negotiation and procurement processes, including WTG procurement and service agreements.
  • Participate in relevant DMT / Expert Teams within Statkraft.
  • Ensure that business development activities incorporate requirements, guidelines, and work processes to promote safe operations, synergies, and profit optimization.
  • Ensure that new learnings are implemented into future projects and requirements.

  • Solid experience in the wind industry, e.g., in project development, operations and maintenance, asset management, engineering/technology, or other relevant area
  • Ability to collaborate constructively and build the internal network across the organization, and work independently when required
  • High personal integrity and ethical standards with strong HSSE understanding and commitment
