We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Organizational Development, who will be reporting to Annette Dahl Franck, VP - Global Organizational Development. You will be responsible for the integration of organizational development insights through effective project management and stakeholder collaboration to promote continuous improvement and alignment with COWI’s strategic goals.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Manage and implement organizational development concepts and initiatives, based on an established understanding of core people processes, leadership, and culture.
- Design project plans for people concepts, detailing objectives, resources, timelines, and expected outcomes to ensure proper implementation.
- Engage key stakeholders, incl. People & Organization Business Partners to ensure co-creation, alignment and secure support throughout project lifecycles.
- Execute and manage anchoring of people initiatives according to the strategic plan, applying agile methodologies while continuously monitoring progress and making real-time adjustments to ensure deliverables meet both quality standards and performance metrics.
- Clearly communicate and document project processes and outcomes, disseminating insights and best practices throughout the organization to promote a culture of continuous learning and collaborative improvement.

On top of that, you will have:
- A master’s degree in organizational development, human resources, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational development or related field, with knowledge in organizational change, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Project management experience and have facilitated initiatives in complex organizations.
- Solid analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to persuade at all levels of the organization and communicate complex concepts clearly and simply.
- Organizational development knowledge combined with great project management skills.
