Are you an experienced and dedicated Senior Mechanical Engineer, with a strong passion for making a difference in the world and believe that technology is part of the solution to solve climate change?

As our new Senior Mechanical Engineer Rotating Equipment, you will:

  • Be responsible for technical procurement of rotating equipment (compressors, fans, pumps etc and packaged units and modules for such equipment), including specification of equipment, bid evaluations and supplier follow-up
  • Coordinate and supervise multi-location teams of mechanical engineers in CCUS projects
  • Contribute to the development of cost-effective processes and products
  • Contribute to standardization and general effective execution of CCUS projects and contribute to CCUS early studies
  • Be responsible to provide input to, and implement CCUS technology in projects

Who are you?

  • Master's degree in Mechanical engineering (or similar) with minimum 10 years’ experience
  • Expertise in ISO, EN and other international codes and standards pertaining to rotating equipment
  • Experience with supply of rotating equipment, as a buyer or seller, as well as experience from land-based industry
  • Multidisciplinary understanding with strong communication skills, as well as analytical mindset with a drive to bridge technical and commercial challenges
  • Proven performance in result-oriented project culture, with a genuine drive to optimise the cost curve of the industry
  • Self-driven with a passion for environmental projects
  • Self-motivated but also with good cooperation skills within the company as well as with external parties
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
