Senior Business Developer for Onshore Geophysical Services: Lyngby, Vejle, Aalborg, Esbjerg, Aarhus - Full-time - Permanent - Hybrid/Flexible

We perform onshore geophysical surveying for large buildings, critical infrastructure (roads, rails or cables) and for resource mapping. We also conduct offshore survey management and site characterization for the offshore wind sector and deliver 3D geological models for a multitude of projects. Our section consists of geophysical specialists in different areas, such as electrical resistivity, ground penetrating radar, shallow reflection/refraction seismic and EM methods.

To deliver high-quality consultancy within geology and geophysics, we are looking for a Senior Business Developer for Onshore Geophysical Services to join our team. We are more than 20 team members working alongside our customers with achieving their goals and vision focused on the green transition, sustainable infrastructure and urban development. Your key responsibilities will be:

• To further develop our onshore geophysical marked in the Danish and Scandinavian regions
• Work closely with our Customers and Clients on finding the most optimal geophysical solutions
• Contribute with in-depth professional knowledge within geology/geophysics
• Lead project teams either as Project Manager or Discipline Lead on a wide variety of projects
• Scoping and planning of geophysical surveys, delivery of project documentation, preparation and management of contracts and budgets, providing health, safety and quality documentation and risk assessments

• Minimum an M.Sc. degree in Geophysics or Geology with 10+ years' experience in a similar role
• Proven Business Development experience and networking abilities
• Well-founded experience in shallow onshore geophysical methods, principles, and applications
• Project Management experience leading small and medium-sized projects
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both oral and written
