The role in short
As Sales Manager, you will be the dedicated sales professional within our Sales & Growth team in Norway. You will be responsible for driving sales across a broad portfolio of cybersecurity services and advisory solutions, with a primary focus on customers within the Maritime and Energy sectors.
You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from CISOs and CIOs to Cyber Security and OT security leaders and play a key role in developing long‑term customer relationships and sustainable growth in the Norwegian market.
You own the full sales cycle:
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
- Proactively identifying, generating, and developing leads
- Managing complex, consultative sales processes from initial engagement to contract signing
- Negotiating and closing agreements with new customers
- Protecting and expanding relationships with selected existing customer
You will work closely with marketing, inside sales, and a strong sales community within DNV. While you will be supported by these functions, a strong ability to independently originate and develop opportunities is essential.
Your initial focus will be new business in the Norwegian market, primarily towards the Maritime and/or Energy market. Once onboarded, you’ll also take responsibility for selected existing customers. We work with carefully chosen accounts and deliver together with some of the most respected cybersecurity experts in the industry.

About you
What you bring:
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, written and spoken
- At least 10 years of professional experience, including several years in sales, preferably within the Energy or Maritime sector
- Experience selling within OT technology, ideallytowards Maritime and/or Energy customers
- Proven ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial judgement and negotiations skills
