About the role
Det Norske Veritas Eiendom AS is a wholly owned subsidiary of DNV Group AS, which owns the Veritas Center at Høvik outside Oslo. Join us and manage a truly unique property in a prime location. Spanning approximately 350 acres, this property includes around 120,000 square meters of office, warehouse, and parking. We also manage a building of 14,000 square meters in Stavanger.
We are looking for a committed and skilled property manager with broad experience in commercial property management.
Responsibilities:
- Landlord's point of contact for internal and external tenants.
- Maintain good relations and ensure that new and existing tenants are well taken care of.
- The developer's representative in construction projects, and overall responsibility for HSE, progress, and finances in projects.
- Central in the leasing process of vacant premises.
- Daily management and responsibility for property operations and maintenance of a varied and unique property.
- Management and follow-up of FM agreements, procurement, consultants, etc.
- Ensure compliance with documentation and procedures.
- Commercial and sustainable management and development of the property.

About you
Qualifications and characteristics:
- Relevant higher education in finance, real estate, law and/or engineering.
- Relevant experience in commercial property management.
- Negotiation skills and good financial understanding.
- Broad technical understanding within property and building operations.
- Very good oral and written communication skills (Norwegian and English).
- Proactive, analytical, structured and self-driven approach with high work capacity.
- You have a professional interest in property management and are a team player.
