Åkerblå Group AS is a leading provider of services to the aquaculture industry, public sector, research and educational institutions, and other organizations. Due to our growth ambitions, we are seeking a Project Manager for our innovation and digitalization projects. Our department focuses on internal projects related to new services, efficiency measures, and digitalization. You will play a key role in our interdisciplinary team, responsible for project implementation and achieving goals.
As a Project Manager at Åkerblå, you will:
- Manage projects and coordinate end-to-end deliveries.
- Manage and further develop IT systems, including collaboration with external suppliers and partners.
- Optimize processes to create more efficient and agile workflows across different disciplines.
- Bridge the gap between technology and business areas, ensuring understanding, buy-in, and value across the organization.
- Ensure optimal utilization of public funding systems, including Skattefunn.

About you
- Have excellent relationship-building, collaboration, and communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Possess strong implementation skills and enjoy turning strategies into visible results.
- Understand how technology can support business development and growth.
- Combine technical insight with execution skills and a passion for improving systems and processes.
- Have relevant higher education, preferably aquaculture-related, or industry experience.
- Be fluent in Norwegian and English, with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Be willing to travel as needed.
