Responsibilities
- Be an important contributor to ensuring we are well-equipped for future growth
- Follow up production plans and maintain output
- Investigate and resolve product and process deviations to ensure high quality
- Develop and enhance tools for production performance
- Take on a key role as a superuser of our Manufacturing Execution System, supporting and guiding others
- Create and maintain clear and user-friendly production documentation
- Contribute to the successful introduction of new products and phase-out of existing ones
- Actively drive continuous improvements
Qualifications
- A degree in Engineering (BSc) in Electronics, Production, Operations, or a related field
- Alternatively, solid hands-on experience from a production environment
- Experience with MES, ERP, or similar production support systems
- A structured approach to problem-solving and a strong troubleshooting mindset
- A proactive and analytical way of working, with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
