What will you be doing?
- Lead and be responsible for the entire Process engineering activities for the assigned project
- Perform discipline review and preparation of necessary project specific adjustments and supplements of the discipline-related parts of the execution model
- Preparing man hour estimates, schedules, and meeting manpower resource requirements to meet project objectives
- Ensuring the job progresses as per schedule and required quality
- Establish need dates for assignment of personnel on the job
- Supervise, assign, and schedule work to the entire Process team for the project
- Maintain contact with Client, project management, and other discipline Lead Engineers to assure accurate, timely communications and flow of information
Qualifications we think you should have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a discipline engineer
- Knowledge of relevant design rules and standards
- Detailed knowledge of PEM, Discipline engineering methods & tools, processes and activities in relevant execution phases, requirements to interface with other disciplines and parties, and EMM best practice relevant for the area of responsibility
- Knowledge of EMM planning and quality principles and overall functionality and information flow between CPS
- Adequate knowledge of contract, budgeting, change, and risk management
- Management capabilities, proactive with good communication and coordination skills
- Software Skills: Unisim
- Fluent English, written and spoken
Work location: Position possible in both Oslo, Norway or London, United Kingdom - Travel to Oslo will be required for meetings/workshops
Contract duration: Until January 2025, with option for extension
