About the role
The section TA/MED Electrical, Automation & Navigation Systems handles DNV Type Approvals for manufacturers of components and systems globally.
We are seeking a Coordinator how can perform and support tasks related to, initial customer and DNV local station dialog, task screening, bidding support, job distribution and administrative follow up for type approvals and plan approval tasks. This as well as contributing to efficiency, quality and costumer experience.
You will be working in a specialized team located in Hamburg and Høvik, following up incoming requests and scheduled production as well as production related tasks in the section.
Tasks:
- Screening and job assignment in production systems (NPS)
- Securing handling and response to incoming tasks (email and helpdesk)
- External communication and following up technical requests
- Support external dialog and enhance customer experience
- Involvement long-term scheduling and planning with key costumers
- Support other sections within M-SA-C with TA/MED administrative work for tasks such as contracting, project establishment, process, alignment and deadline follow up.

About you
Your qualifications:
- Experience within communication and production scheduling.
- Knowledge of the marine automation, electronics and electric market and manufacturers.
- Experience with NPS, NCert, Norder, TA MED Tool.
- Experience with external technical communication.
- Knowledge of marine certification.
- University degree or documented experience is preferable.
- Desire to develop technical knowledge related to product categories and manufacturers.
