We are looking for a Performance Improvement Manager to strengthen our EPM Project Management team in Oslo. As a Performance Improvement Manager you will lead the improvement agenda in our business projects.

About the position

Aibel runs a number of improvement programs to improve the way we work and adapt our methods and tools to enable efficient project execution methods in the green transition. We are highly engaged in larger digitalization projects in the energy industry, and engaged in initiatives utilized Industry 4.0 and systems engineering standards.

Responsibilities and tasks include

  • Planning, execution and closing of the project
  • Support the implementation phase of results in to a business project
  • Documentation and training material related to the outcome of the improvement
  • Development of digital initiatives
  • Development of systems engineering and product structures and methods

Qualifications

  • Master's degree

Personal qualities

  • Excellent communicator with strong leadership skills
  • You have a cooperative working attitude, with the ability to work independently as well as in team
  • High interest in improving the way we work and change management
  • Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
  • Understanding and interest of IT systems and ability to communicate with IT personnel
  • Be proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others
  • Multidiscipline skillset (typical system (process &automation) or area (piping & structural)) with an interest for IT tools
  • Communicate well in English and Norwegian - both orally and in writing
