Veracity is DNV’s independent cloud platform, designed to manage and establish trust in industry data. It connects key players in the maritime and energy sectors to drive business innovation and digital transformation. Veracity currently consists of around 200 employees in 8 different locations.

You will work on strategic projects and operational processes with a key focus on fostering employee growth and up-skilling to ensure our team remains at the forefront of industry advancements. This role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and service-minded HR professional to grow and develop HR skills in a dynamic and supportive environment!

The role reports to the Director of Veracity and is part of the leadership team in Veracity.

The People Manager will be based in Høvik, Norway.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and implement strategic and tactical People initiatives/processes
  • Support and advise line managers on HR-related topics
  • Contribute to building a resilient and psychological safe environment where employees can grow, thrive, and feel valued
  • Drive and ensure an exceptional employee experience in our people processes, such as:
    • Recruitment, onboarding and retention
    • Competence development and up-skilling including talent / succession management process
    • Leadership development
    • Performance management
    • Compensation and benefits, including salary and promotion process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Experience in people management or related fields
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable switching between strategic and hands-on work
  • Cultural awareness and experience/interest in working with diverse teams
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Familiar with DNV’s HR processes and comfortable navigating in different parts of our company
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
