The role reports to the Director of Veracity and is part of the leadership team in Veracity.
The People Manager will be based in Høvik, Norway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and implement strategic and tactical People initiatives/processes
- Support and advise line managers on HR-related topics
- Contribute to building a resilient and psychological safe environment where employees can grow, thrive, and feel valued
- Drive and ensure an exceptional employee experience in our people processes, such as:
- Recruitment, onboarding and retention
- Competence development and up-skilling including talent / succession management process
- Leadership development
- Performance management
- Compensation and benefits, including salary and promotion process

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Experience in people management or related fields
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable switching between strategic and hands-on work
- Cultural awareness and experience/interest in working with diverse teams
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Familiar with DNV’s HR processes and comfortable navigating in different parts of our company
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
