Now, we are looking for a People Data Analyst to join us in Høvik and help shape the future of work at DNV. In this role, you’ll transform data into insights that drive smarter decisions and enhance the employee experience. You will analyse global people metrics, uncover engagement trends, and identify opportunities for improvement. By leveraging analytics, predictions, and visualizations, you’ll provide forward-looking insights that influence strategy across the organization—all while ensuring data accuracy and security. As a People Data Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of shaping data-driven decisions and turn global HR and engagement data into powerful insights that guide long-term HR strategy and making a tangible impact on employee engagement and satisfaction.

  • This responsibility includes the following:
  • Facilitate and coordinate the global Pulse survey process for regular monitoring of employee sentiments and experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction based on data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of engagement initiatives with business goals
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the engagement survey remains innovative and effective
  • Collaborate with Group People and other senior stakeholders to understand needs and support decision-making processes based on data-driven insight
  • Utilize advanced analytics and AI to identify patterns and provide recommendations that make decisions smarter and more future-focused
  • Conduct group-wide HR reporting to track key global metrics and trends
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to relevant senior stakeholders
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security when handling sensitive information
  • Participating in cross-functional projects related to reporting and analytics

  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through data-driven insights
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, preferably both in English and Norwegian
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to align engagement initiatives with business objectives
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices for innovative and effective engagement surveys
  • Proficiency for data analysis and extracting insights from HR datasets
  • Experience in conducting HR reporting to track global metrics and trends
  • Commitment to ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security when handling sensitive information
