To manage the Inspection Operations in Northern Europe for customers. Responsible for all technical, commercial and customer aspects of the business. To manage the inspection business and ensure continued customer satisfaction. Lead the unit developing resources and expanding existing inspector network

Position Qualifications

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the Northern European countries to drive revenue growth with a focus on Norway and Germany.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships to expand the company's market presence.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, including operations, and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of inspection services to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, Sales, and Finance, to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution, demonstrating exceptional customer service

Role Dimensions:

  • Responsible for budget and operation of the business.
  • Ensure AR/WIP targets are diligently met.
  • Ensure that Inspection jobs are quoted correctly and with required levels of profitability.
  • Demonstrate solid sales and negotiation skills to identify and determine principles of agreements, whilst applying sound commercial acumen
  • Proven track record of meeting, and exceeding, targets

Competency Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing similar inspection business with proven responsibilities on P&L
  • Proven ability in commercial and operational management
  • Excellent networking and communications skills
  • Service oriented and able to deliver the highest standards of customer service.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in a multi-cultural environment
  • Demonstrable ability to plan and control budget to meet financial targets.
  • Result oriented and cost minded.
  • Ability to think strategically, with knowledge of business drivers/threats.
  • Ability to have a positive impact through collaboration and self-accountability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in English and Norwegian, German is desirable.

Technical / Professional Expertise and Qualifications Required:

  • Experience in the preparation of technical bid proposals, scopes of work and requests for quotations
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical colleges
  • Min 5-10 Years managerial experience
  • Experience in energy inspection.
  • Prove management qualifications.
