About the role

DNV Business Assurance is looking for a Global Delivery Manager to lead and execute operational strategies for the Supply Chain Assurance (SCA) organization.

Starting January 2026, this service line will play a pivotal role in enabling sustainable growth and operational excellence, while delivering innovative solutions to strengthen supply chains resilience across global markets.

The Global Delivery Manager will oversee global operations for SCA, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. This role will manage three Regional Delivery Managers (Americas, Europe, Asia) and collaborate closely with the Head of Supply Chain Assurance to drive efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

This position offers the opportunity to shape a new phase of SCA, engage with leading global brands, and influence how assurance services evolve to meet emerging supply chain challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the global operational strategy for Supply Chain Assurance.
  • Define and implement actions to meet delivery targets and support commercial objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery models.
  • Foster a culture aligned with DNV values, emphasizing collaboration, customer focus, and operational excellence.

Global Operations Management

  • Lead and coordinate global delivery activities across regions, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational performance, implementing corrective actions where needed.
  • Ensure compliance with DNV procedures, accreditation requirements, and quality standards.
  • Promote harmonization of processes and tools across regions to enable scalability.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Inspire and lead a global team of Regional Delivery Managers, fostering engagement and accountability.
  • Support recruitment, development, and retention of talent to meet growth objectives.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices across regions.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Collaborate with controlling teams to ensure accurate forecasting and cost management.
  • Support EBITA and utilization targets through efficient resource planning and delivery optimization.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Global Technical Manager and Global Sales Manager to align technical and operational strategies.
  • Provide operational input for new service development and market positioning.
  • Advice Key Customers Managers / Sales Managers on complex projects and/or contract tenders.
  • Advice Local Units / Regions in deploying customized Supply Chain Services.

Operational Excellence & Compliance

  • Ensure effective use of systems and tools for planning, reporting, and delivery.
  • Maintain highest standards of compliance with accreditation bodies and internal governance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical disciplines; master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in supply chain services.
  • Proven track record of leading international teams and managing complex delivery structures.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, compliance requirements, and resource planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures.
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and able to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
