ARE YOU MOTIVATED TO MAKE A FOOTPRINT ON DIGITAL COLLABORATION IN AIBEL’S BUSINESS PROJECTS?

We are looking for talents with knowledge about digital collaboration based M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Planner etc). Aibel has made a strong footprint enabling efficient collaboration and communication based on M365, and we are ready to take the next steps to become a leading company within digital collaboration. and communication.

In the position as our new M365 Adoption Specialist, you will work with major business projects within offshore wind, electrification, hydrogen and traditional oil & gas. You will facilitate strategy processes defining strategies for digital collaboration in large project-based organisation in an international environment. You will also be responsible for development of ambassador networks, work with champions in your projects, develop and facilitate training and awareness programs. Your will be responsible for continues improvement of our M365 Toolbox based on best practice from our projects. You will work closely with our IT Managers enabling well functional set-ups of Teams, Planner, OneNote, SharePoint and other tools relevant to our projects.

We appreciate candidates motivated to take lead on digital collaboration, shaping a robust architecture and foundation for efficient collaboration, including strategies on governance and compliance. Based on profile, we will consider our M365 Adoption Specialist to take lead as a Project IT Manager as well. As a lead on IT and digital collaboration in our projects, you will have the opportunity to make a footprint in Aibel and set direction on your own career.

Your responsibilities:

M365 Adoption Specialist is a key position in our organisation:

  • Capture lessons learned from business projects.
  • Continuous development of Aibel’s M365 Toolbox for best practise of digital collaboration.
  • Define and deploy our future framework for digital collaboration strategies in projects.
  • Supporting Project IT Managers in the adoption of M365 to projects.
  • Deployment of M365 to business project.
  • Together with Aibel IT, define the future digital collaboration and communication architecture.
  • Execute training and awareness programs to boost motivation.

Education and work experience:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree within IT or similar.
  • Experience from strategies and deployment and management of solutions for digital collaboration based on M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Planner, OneNote) in large project based organisations.
  • Experience from architectures/governance enabling control and management of data, information and files.
  • Experience from oil & gas and/or service industry is useful.
