You will have responsibility for our Software Asset Management and will take responsibility of all software license costs for all of Aibel, including Asia. You will be responsible for a portfolio of Software Assets in Service Now and will work on optimizing Aibel’s workflows. The role has a large network area, and you will be in nonstop contact with a range of stakeholders throughout our organization on all locations. It’s therefore essential that you have a continued hunger to be curious and learn from our elite technical resources, transforming and presenting their needs as business values. You have the energy to take on new tasks with courage and positive attitude, challenging yourself as much as the team around you.

Your responsibilities:

• Proactively search for opportunities for optimizing licenses and costs.
• Assist IT management with forecasting, cost reporting and cost benchmarking activities
• You will do monthly reconciliation of the licensing accounts and supplementary reporting that will highlight potential risks and optimization proposals.
• Joint responsibility with Procurement for purchase of new IT Assets including participate in and/or lead vendor negotiations.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Desire to understand the details in contracts and their commercial impacts.
• A strategic mindset and is motivated and driven by achieving long-term business outcomes.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, oral and written.
