About the role

As a Lead Auditor:

• You will support our customers across a wide range of industries and food sectors in maintaining and improving their food safety systems and practices
• Your main responsibilities will be related to conducting audits against recognized standards such as FSSC 22000, IFS, BRC, and similar system standards
• There will also be opportunities to deliver training courses for our customers and/or develop your expertise within other business sectors and standards

• Minimum BSc, college or university education
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience from private or public sector working within the food-chain
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good knowledge of Norwegian and English language written and spoken (all verbal communication is in Norwegian)
• Ability to work independently and structured
• Experience in management, risk management and process improvement activities will be an advantage
• Our customers are in various parts of Norway so extensive overnight travel will be required.
