About the role
As a Lead Auditor:
- You will support our customers across a wide range of industries and food sectors in maintaining and improving their food safety systems and practices
- Your main responsibilities will be related to conducting audits against recognized standards such as FSSC 22000, IFS, BRC, and similar system standards
- There will also be opportunities to deliver training courses for our customers and/or develop your expertise within other business sectors and standards

- Minimum BSc, college or university education
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience from private or public sector working within the food-chain
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good knowledge of Norwegian and English language written and spoken (all verbal communication is in Norwegian)
- Ability to work independently and structured
- Experience in management, risk management and process improvement activities will be an advantage
- Our customers are in various parts of Norway so extensive overnight travel will be required.
Security and compliance with statutory requirements in the countries in which we operate is essential for DNV. Background checks will be conducted on all final candidates as part of the offer process, in accordance with applicable country-specific laws and practices..
