About the role

DNV Product Assurance AS is a designated Notified Body for Medical Device Regulation and close to be designated Notified Body for In-Vitro Diagnostic Regulation, Accredited Certification Body for ISO 13485 and Recognized Auditing Organization under MDSAP. We are seeking a motivated and solution-oriented Planner to join our team.
As a Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling audits and assessment related to In-Vitro Diagnostic Regulation. You will distribute the activities in a sustainable way according to the established rules, targets, and goals, ensuring they are performed in compliance with standards/protocols requirements, DNV policies, and customers’ needs and expectations.

You will actively contribute to enabling the delivery of assessment and audits that meet customer requirements and appropriate regulations.

Tasks may include:

With specific reference to the assigned project:

  • Plan audits and assessments according to the plans and rules of DNV Product Assurance AS, assigning auditors/assessors to the activities.
  • Cooperate with managers at DNV market units worldwide as well as the managers at DNV’s headquarter at Høvik to fulfil any regulatory requirements.
  • Plan training and monitoring activities according to the qualification/monitoring program given in DNV Product Assurance Quality Management System and in the Regulation.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources on chargeable activities.
  • Ensure that the data in the Production Tool is correct and up to date at any time related to planning of activities and resources.
  • Facilitate the planning process for all issues, ensuring cooperation with Team Leaders.
  • Support the Management Team in the analysis of the operations data and in the forecast activities.
  • Ensure positive and efficient communication flow within the organization as well as with clients and customers.
  • Respect the deadlines of each activity.
  • Provide data for periodical indicators, facts and figures analysis.
  • Prepare and send planning communication to clients without undue delay.
