IT Manager to Aibel business projects

We are looking for talents with knowledge about IT services, Information Management, and improvements in large project-based organisation.

We appreciate candidates motivated to manage IT activities and deliveries, take lead on Information Management and improvements. With respect to IT, IT Manager is single point of contact towards Aibel’s clients. Aibel is running a number of improvement initiatives, e.g. improvements of methods and processes, business reporting, systems, and data and information flows. As an employee of Aibel, you will have the opportunity to make a footprint in our business projects within offshore wind and traditional oil & gas, potentially hydrogen projects, and set direction on your own career.

Your responsibilities:I

T Manager manage all IT/IM services to our business projects, including:

• Development, anchoring and implementation of project specific IT/IM Strategy.
• Facilitate and anchor client requirements and expectations.
• Planning, coordination, follow-up, and reporting of IT deliveries.
• Budgeting, Risk Management.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for improvements.
• Deployment of M365 (Teams, Planner, SharePoint) to business projects.
• Day to day management of user accounts, client representatives and IT services.

Education and work experience

• Bachelor or master’s degree within IT, Engineering or similar
• Preferable 6-8 years relevant work experience
• Experience from digitalization and improvements is a plus
• Experience from working in an engineering company or EPC projects is useful
