As the Integration Lead for Nordics and Baltics IT at Manpower Group, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating technical integration projects across our platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient integration between various systems, both internally and externally. The position we offer requires a combination of technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Your new challenges and areas of responsibility

Central to this position is establishing a robust governance and design framework to mitigate future maintenance costs, expedite development processes, and delineate vendors responsibilities. Operating within the Nordic and Baltic regions, this role interfaces with stakeholders across various domains, extending support to other European countries or GT as necessary.

Success hinges on adeptness in navigating fast-paced environments and effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities span participation in transformative initiatives, oversight of integration design and maintenance, and driving the integration of emerging technologies in alignment with business objectives. Maintaining comprehensive documentation, ensuring seamless communication between systems, and staying abreast of technological advancements are also paramount.

Are you the one we're looking for?

We believe that the right candidate for the role of Integration Lead possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, along with comprehensive experience. We value individuals who have a deep understanding of integration platforms, proficiency in Azure and associated technologies like functions and blob storage, as well as knowledge of API protocols (REST and SOAP), authentication methods, and M365/SharePoint/Power Apps.

Moreover, you embrace Agile methodologies and have a strong grasp of technology, application development best practices, architecture, and integration capabilities. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in both English and a Nordic language are essential, along with the ability to convey ideas effectively and produce high-quality documentation.
