By joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide in-depth knowledge, experience and advice in how to improve the area for Information Management (IM) and corporate archive solutions.
- Explore new opportunities and development by technology related to increased automation and metadata management for the purpose of increased digital business transformation.
- Improve information security, compliance and knowledge sharing and make it easy to protect, share and find information.
- Support all business areas and corporate functions in improved usage of our solutions.
- Actively participate in the development of our IM and Archive strategy and roadmap work and participate in relevant projects.
- Translate business needs and drive general change and modernization activities within the area.

For this position, we are also looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Science, Library Science or Information Management Systems, relevant experience can compensate for formal qualifications.
- 5+ years of relevant experience with the specified area of Information Management, Information Architecture, Records Management and Knowledge Management.
- Demonstrated knowledge within solutions as SharePoint Online, M365 and other archive solutions.
- Knowledge of international standards and regulatory requirements for Records Management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a service mined attitude and ability to deliver expertise and support where required.
- Business and end-user focus within the Oil & Gas, Energy and Renewables sectors.
- High interest in Information Security and awareness of the current Cyber Threat landscape.
- Worked in large organizations, demonstrating an understanding of complex IT solutions and architectural landscape.
