About The Accelerator

About the role

We seek ambitious and driven Cyber Security Consultants and Penetration Testers to join our growing Technical Architecture and Verification team. Our team conducts penetration tests, cyber security assessments, red team operations, and also serves as a trusted advisor in technical remediation projects. We are also engaged in network and security architecture related projects, both design and assessment, and hence are looking for candidates with a networking background in ICS as well.

You will be working on exciting customer projects in several key industries such as maritime, oil and gas, renewables, utilities and others. This role will offer you the opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced specialists in the cyber security field. About you

Our Cyber Security Services unit is growing, and we are now looking for new colleagues with:

  • Formal education on minimum BSc level or above in relevant areas such as: cyber security, computer science, telecom, or cybernetics. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education.
  • We believe you might have an education and/or experience within one or more of the following:
    • Conducting penetration tests and/or vulnerability assessments and security audits on a wide variety of systems, including IT and OT systems.
    • Delivering high quality report for each of your engagements
    • Network architectures, general IT and OT cyber security
    • Alternatively to the testing and verification track: network architecture and design knowledge for ICS is and advantage
    • Good knowledge of IEC 62443 is an advantage
    • Cyber security certifications such as GICSP, OSCP, GPEN or other well-known certification is an advantage
    • Building good relations with clients and colleagues
    • Sharing and collaborating effectively with others
  • Language skills: Fluent English, mastering Norwegian is an advantage
  • Demonstrated work history with industrial automation, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, is an advantage
  • Good written and spoken communication skills; precise, efficient, structured and clear
  • A customer-oriented mindset
  • The possibility for a higher security clearance is preferable
  • A positive, constructive, and solution-oriented “can-do” attitude
  • The personal integrity to work with a trust-based brand like DNV
