The position

By joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop IAM identity governance and administration (IGA) and processes.
  • Develop IAM use cases and product improvement.
  • Perform role modelling and implement RBAC/ABAC (Role Based Access Control/Attributes Based Access Control) in Equinor.
  • Facilitate IAM processes and governance for 3rd party contractors.
  • Build and strengthen the relationship with the business units.
  • Be a trusted IAM advisor to internal stakeholders in Equinor.
  • Manage sourcing relationships and contracts.
  • Drive innovation, and efficiency within the IAM domain in collaboration with the rest of the team.

You

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Cybersecurity, Business, or related disciplines. Experience may compensate for formal education.
  • Experience with implementing governance and processes in a larger organisation.
  • Previous experience working withing Identity and Access Management.
  • Experience with or an interest to learn about Role Modelling, RBAC and ABAC.
  • Analytical skills and ability to drive initiatives independently.
  • Ability to create trust and relationships with key stakeholders within the company.
  • A strong mindset in cybersecurity and operational excellence.
  • The ability to understand and handle risk.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance in Norway.
