About the role

Join Our Team as a Human Factors Safety Risk Consultant – Contribute to the Energy transition!

We are experiencing a growing demand for our Human Factors services and are excited to expand our team. Traditionally, our team has supported customers in Norway and internationally, developing and operating safe solutions for oil and gas production. We are now in an energy transition phase, expanding our expertise into emerging areas such as hydrogen and CO2 safety, ammonia and offshore wind. Additionally, the rise in digitalization and cyber threats is driving a higher demand for our advisory services.

Location: Our Safety Risk Management consultants are primarily based in Høvik and Trondheim, with this role specifically located in Høvik.

Key Responsibilities:

Part of your responsibilities will include project management, workshop facilitation, preparing presentations, report writing, and identifying opportunities for additional work with customers (commercial mindset). You will also need to be aware of the impact of AI and cyber security on our services and related opportunities.

Expertise We're Looking For:

  • Human Factors Engineering (HFE)
  • Human Reliability Assessment (HRA)
  • Safety Culture Assessment
  • Planning and facilitating safety risk workshops
  • Working environment studies
  • Developing commercial tenders for customers

About you

Qualifications:

  • Higher education (master’s degree or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (Org. Psychology, Engineering, or similar).
  • Several years of relevant experience working with the human factors discipline, in one or more of the topics mentioned above.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and verbally.
