HR Shared Services Consultant

Exciting, right?We are now looking for a HR Shared Services Consultant who can contribute to Aibel’s exciting journey in the ongoing energy transition.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• General HR administration
• On- and offboarding
• Maintain HR master data in SAP HR
• Produce and distribute HR reporting, both internal and external
• Pension and insurance administration
• Maintenance of HR Service Center administrative routines and checklists for all tasks
• Maintenance of manuals
• Participate in internal improvement projects

Qualifications and experience:

• Higher relevant education, B.Sc or M.Sc
• Relevant HR experience may compensate for educational requirements
• Relevant administrative HR experience
• Knowledge of recruitment process
• Knowledge of HR rules and administration
• Knowledge of pension reporting, tariff wages and tariff rules
• Knowledge of excel, ProArc, HR SAP, EFM, BI reports
