Since 1980, we have been involved in more than 1,000 wind power projects across 70 countries. To lead one of our Offshore Wind Structure disciplines, we are seeking a Head of Discipline who will be instrumental in driving our mission forward. In this position, you will oversee a motivated and innovative team dedicated to delivering comprehensive offshore wind energy solutions, spanning both floating and bottom-fixed structures. Our commitment to a culturally diverse and collaborative environment is paramount as we support the global renewable industry.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Contribute to strong project execution with your own expertise
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Drive the development of the discipline, executing action plans and strategies, managing people, fostering individual development and setting clear performance targets
• Ensure billability and effective resource planning for all professionals within the discipline
• Take the lead in recruiting, onboarding and integrating new team members

On top of that, you will have:

• The ability to develop and empower your staff to deliver great results
• Experience in steering projects and providing technical guidance and sparring
• A degree in civil engineering with significant experience in the field
• Comprehensive experience within the offshore wind sector
• Professional proficiency in both Norwegian and English
• A well-established commercial network across the wind industry is beneficial, but not a requirement.
