Performance & Assurance Solution unit (PAS) is a global team of experts within DNV, who delivers innovative and data-driven solutions to assure digital assets. The Performance and Assurance Solutions (PAS) unit is on a journey to take a leading position in the assurance of digital assets. We help our customers prepare for the future by ensuring the reliability of their digital assets and providing data-driven insights to enhance performance and ensure compliance.

In this position you will be responsible for managing a team of experts dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of digital quality and compliance. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure that our digital services meet both internal and external regulatory requirements. By leveraging your expertise in digital assurance, you will help drive continuous improvement and innovation within our organization, enhancing our digital capabilities and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

• The Head of Digital Assurance Services is a senior leader who will drive the development, implementation, and operation of innovative and data-driven assurance solutions based on ontologies and AI.
• The role will report to the Director of PAS and will lead a team of experts in ontology engineering, AI, data analytics, and digital transformation.
• The role will collaborate with other PAS teams, DNV Business Areas, and external partners to deliver value-added solutions that help our customers perform, prepare for the future, and enable industry transformation.

What your key responsibilities will be

• P&L responsibility for our key digital assurance services.
• Sales and growth of new services and offerings towards key customers
• Innovate, develop, and deliver new digital services together with other DNV Business areas and our customers, incl business case development.
• People leadership including development and assignment
• Define and execute the strategy and road map for digital assurance services within PAS, aligned with DNV's vision and goals.
• Manage the portfolio of digital assurance solutions, including assurance assistant, integrated assurance, analytics and optimization, and industry transformation.
• Oversee the full life cycle of solution development, implementation, and operation, ensuring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of digital assurance experts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, business areas, service lines, and industry partners.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for digital assurance services, leveraging DNV's expertise, data, and network.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of digital assurance services, using data-driven insights and feedback.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in digital technologies, ontologies, AI, and assurance practices.

About you

As an ideal candidate, you have:

• Extensive management consulting or leadership experience
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, solution implementation and solution integration, data management, project management, digital strategies and technology leadership etc. preferably in the energy or maritime sectors.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex and innovative digital projects and solutions, from ideation to operation.
• Strong knowledge and skills in information modelling, AI, data analytics, or digital transformation.
• Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence others.
• Strategic, visionary, and customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and seize new opportunities.
• Passion for digital innovation, assurance, and sustainability.
