We are looking for a growth and business development manager to join our Business Area Digital Solutions and support our Performance and Assurance Solutions unit (PAS). PAS is a global team of experts who deliver innovative and data-driven solutions for the assurance of digital assets. Our customers rely on us to help them with the energy and digital transition in a safe and sustainable way. Focusing on the entire value chains.

What will you do?

As a Growth & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating and work closely with our technical domain experts. You have a focus on customer needs and ensuring commercial values.
• Develop business and financial models for various use cases independently of industries. Identify revenue stream and additional services to the use cases, helping us expand customer base and revenue.
• Providing business insights and analysis to support strategic decision making and performance improvement
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and partners
• Strategic acumen - understand trends and how we can enable transitions in a successful way

About you

As an ideal candidate, you have:

• You have extensive management consulting or start-up experience.
• You are a strategic and commercial entrepreneur at mind, wired with a team-first attitude.
• You have proven ability to perform at strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
• You are hands-on to deep dive into matters, meeting customers, and partners to create business opportunities.
• You have strong analytical, communication and presentation skills and a proactive solution-oriented mindset.
• You have a good understanding of the digital solutions market and the trends and challenges affecting our customers. Knowledge of the energy, maritime, or digital industries is an advantage.
• You are a result-focused, work independently and motivation to manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate with domain experts, across regions and drive projects to results.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Background

• 5 + years with management/ consulting or start-up background. Shown commercial successes or failures.
