About the role
The Global Finance Trainee programme in DNV is an excellent way to launch your career within finance, business, and economics!
As a Global Finance Trainee in DNV, you will build competence within finance, business and economics, more specifically in the areas of strategy, business controlling, accounting, commercial management and business analysis. The trainee programme offers you a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive understanding of the exciting opportunities and critical challenges in DNV from different perspectives of the company.
The programme generally consists of three eight-month rotations, where at least one rotation will be outside Norway. The traineeship provides on–the–job training, and we seek to individually design the programme based on your qualifications and learning needs, combined with DNV’s strategic focus and competence requirements.
Upon completion of the trainee programme, you will be offered a relevant role within the company, either abroad or in Norway.
Start date: August 2026.

We are seeking graduates who will have completed a relevant master’s degree by summer 2026 at the latest. You should have strong academic results, a keen interest in an international career, and ideally have no more than two years of full-time work experience.
