In Maritime, we develop and operate a broad portfolio of applications used by more than 10,000 users across over 100 countries.

The shipping industry is being transformed by AI, sensor data, drones, and increasingly automated processes. Our teams turn these technologies into secure, data-driven verification services and digital tools for customers and colleagues worldwide.

You will work in an agile, multidisciplinary environment using a modern .NET and web-based technology stack across cloud and on-premises solutions, in close collaboration with Maritime’s AI and data science specialists.

We are looking for a graduate who wants to combine strong software engineering with practical use of AI—both to improve the development process and to create AI-enabled products.

You are completing a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree by spring 2027 and have a strong interest in software development and applied AI.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has solid programming fundamentals and experience using AI-assisted development tools effectively.
  • Is motivated to contribute to AI-enabled digital products and continuous improvement.
  • Takes initiative, collaborates well, and turns complex needs into practical solutions.
  • Communicates clearly in English and actively keeps up with relevant technologies.
