DNV Technology Centre Bergen

DNV Bergen consists of +100 highly skilled employees, working within Energy Systems, Maritime Digital Solutions and Business Assurance. The section Technology Centre Bergen is an important part of our business providing world leading expertise combining advisory and test expertise.

The need and opportunities for qualified solutions and new green energy solutions provides unique opportunities for DNV. Our long reference and key experts assist our customers to bring trust to new solutions and by this making them able to tackle the global transformation.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer for the Large-Scale Testing Team that brings forward ideas and solutions on how to solve and test complex systems.

Large-scale testing comprises capabilities for both standardized and tailored qualification and verification testing of products and technologies. The team focuses on fibre rope technology, aquaculture, corrosion, hydrogen as well as continuously expanding into new technologies and relevant market segments. The team develops test-rigs and test equipment in-house to facilitate changing demands from the energy sector.

DNV is now looking for young professionals who are ready to start their journey with us in August 2025.

  • Engage in development of innovative methods and equipment to address complex challenges within the industry.
  • Contribute to project execution through testing in both field and laboratory.

  • A Master’s degree in Energy, Materials Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Ocean Technology or similar fields of education.
  • Strong interest in development and innovation of new technologies.
