About the role
The Global Contracting, Invoicing & Quotation Management department is responsible for the administration of global service contracts for ships classified within DNV. The department works closely with offices around the world, providing support to our sales colleagues both prior to and after contract negotiations. After a sale, the maintenance of the contract involves tasks such as customer support, administering customer data and invoicing customers. Additionally, the department works closely with the other teams within Maritime Finance to continuously analyze and evaluate our business.
The position is time limited (12 months) and located in Høvik.
Key tasks:
- Provide back-office support to our global offices during sales processes
- Maintaining service contracts
- Invoicing service contracts
- Handling of invoice claims

Position Qualifications:
- General study competence (Norwegian VGS) or equivalent
- Desired but not required: first experience in DNV
- Desired but not required: experience in using ERP systems like Oracle Finance
- Very good English skills (both verbal and written; English is the working language)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
