About the position
As Global Mobility Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of global mobility, including international assignments, immigration, and tax compliance. You will work closely with HR, legal, projects and other stakeholders to ensure efficient operation of our global mobility program.
Responsibilities and tasks include
Overall responsibility for global mobility policies and procedures.
Responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of global mobility including:
- International assignments, immigration, tax, social security, and general compliance
- Ability to manage a combination of stratgiv and operational tasks
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on global mobility matters
- Monitor and analyze global mobility trends and best practices
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, including relocation, immigration, and tax providers
- Cooperation and support to Aibel offices in Thailand Singapore
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in global mobility or related field
- Good knowledge of immigration, tax, and relocation regulations and compliance
Personal qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
