About the role
Are you a detail-oriented, positive, and solution-driven individual looking to make an impact in the finance sector? Join our Digital Solutions Global Back Office Team as a Finance Coordinator based in Norway.
As a Finance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in Finance supporting our Digital Solutions Growth Managers with invoicing and license generation, ensuring consistency in our processes and delivering top-notch customer service.
You will report to the Global Back Office Manager and handle invoicing for our Digital Solutions Sales Products across EMEA, the Americas, and other regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales and renewal invoices promptly, ensuring quality standards.
- Resolve invoice disputes, chase late payments, and report exceptions.
- Develop a deep understanding of DNV Digital Solutions to provide diagnostic support.
- Ensure timely invoicing of renewable contracts and respond to inquiries.
- Dispatch invoices and licenses on time, follow up on outstanding payments.
- Issue accurate quotes for renewable contracts and maintain license compliance.
- Manage license agreements and collaborate with Support Teams using Salesforce.
- Support invoicing processes and contribute to excellent customer service.

Essential Skills:
- Experience with invoicing systems (Oracle preferred).
- Familiarity with contract processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
- Understanding of business finance processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong customer focus and teamwork skills.
- Previous DNV work experience is highly valued.
