We are specialists in managing large projects from feasibility studies and conceptual engineering, through FEED and detailed engineering.

Engineering is executing major projects across the globe in both oil and gas and renewables sectors. This includes Norway’s ground-breaking Brevik carbon capture project, as well as Northern Lights, the world’s first CO₂ storage facility on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
Furthermore, we are developing the design and delivery methods for offshore floating wind and future hydrogen and ammonia projects.

As part of a strategic alliance, we are also working on a large digitalization project, whilst pioneering new digital solutions to make operations safer and more efficient.

We are now looking for an Engineering Manager, who wants to join our team and who can strengthen our capabilities.

What will you be doing?

• Producing project deliverables within the system and or area engineering disciplines
• Integrating the system and/or area disciplines into the overall project organization
• Coordinating multidiscipline systems and/or area development
• Identifying, raising and acting upon potential risks and opportunities within the projects in general, and the system and/or area engineering disciplines in particular
• Completing system and/or area engineering discipline activities towards project milestones and project execution model stage gates, as well as all deliverables internally and toward the client
• Handling internal interfaces in the project between Engineering and other units
• Ensuring management of relevant interfaces towards external parties and Client

We think you should have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, with more than 10 years’ experience. Of which, at least 6 years within the topside oil & gas offshore and/or onshore industry
• Project experience within a multidiscipline system and/or area engineering team
• In-depth project knowledge and experience within system and area disciplines
• Strong knowledge of EPC project execution models; preferably from Aker Solutions or similar companies
• An ability to work within a multi-cultural project team and build strong, effective and collaborative working relationships across the project units
• Decision making and execution skills, striving for a quality and continuous improvement culture
• Professional spoken and written communication skills in English, Norwegian language skills are a benefit
