Veracity by DNV is on the lookout for a passionate and skilled DevOps and customer support engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer support while managing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and devops process.

Key Responsibilities:
- DevOps:
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Hands-on experience with continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with tools like Terraform, Bicep.
- Implement and manage cloud security measures to protect data and applications.
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the development teams and Product management team
- Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products and services.
- Document customer interactions and solutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Desired skills:
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools within Azure.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and networking.
- Expertise in implementing automated deployments via YAML in Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash
