We’re looking for a Data & Analytics Manager to join our Oslo team and help us unlock the full power of data—from strategic insights to operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development of applications within data and analytics
• Be the primary driver for developing the company into a data driven organization
• Collaborate across teams to identify application requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Develop, test and implement new ways of using data together with business
• Ensure effective troubleshooting and support for application – related issues, maintaining high availability and performance
• Manage vendor relationships and coordination with external partners
• Ensure compliance with cyber security, data protection and compliance standards
• Coordinate with IT and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and projects

Who You Are

You’re someone who:

• Is hands-on, curious, and driven to make a real impact.
• Acts with integrity and takes responsibility for delivering meaningful results.
• Has a master’s degree, preferably in data/computer science or related fields
• Holds minimum 5 years’ experience with data and analytics with strong competency within data science, architecture, analytics, and/or engineering.
• Has experience with pipeline development and maintenance and experience with Microsoft Fabric platform, Google Cloud platform or similar
• Has a good knowledge of Power BI
